Dibyendu Mukherjee Dallas composed a strategic capability plan for supporting PepsiCo Customer Teams by gathering input collected from meetings with representatives from Kroger, Target, Wal Mart, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Costco and Dollar General. Furthermore, he spearheaded the digitization of Brand Books (covering Tropicana, Quaker, Doritos and Pepsi) as part of PepsiCo President's Digital Asset Management initiative, publishing the Brand Books on iPADS through the PepsiCo App Store. Additionally, he founded the Trade Center of Excellence to supply divisions with personnel resources, process improvement initiatives and technological capabilities necessary to optimize trade spend return-on-investment in response to CFO's strategy to improve the company's net revenue.
